Here is a great Japanese funk tune from the 80s by Akira Terao called "Ruby no Yubiwa" (Ruby Ring).
It has some great chords for those wanting to learn more about those slick 80s strat chords commonly used in City Pop. It also has a few tasty rock licks. Overall a fun tune to play.
