Payment

We accept cash, PayPay,  and wire transfer.

Students will be sent an invoice for their lessons for the month on the first of each month.  Please make full payments of your lessons by your first lesson of the month.

 

 

Cancellations (Private Lessons)

If you need to cancel your lesson, or change the time and/or day of your lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours before your lesson.

Same-day cancellations are not eligible for makeup lessons.  

 

 

Makeup Lessons (Private Lessons)

Students are eligible for makeup-lessons up to 24 hours before their scheduled lesson.  Please schedule your makeup-lesson within the month.  

Contacting us for makeups on the day of your lesson will be considered a same-day cancellation.

Makeup-lessons cannot be transferred to other months.

 

Group Lesson Policy

Because group lessons have limited spaces and follow a fixed schedule, refunds, makeup lessons, and rescheduling cannot be provided for missed group classes.
